Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you purchased on shop.scatolificiovenezia.com site, you will be able to exercise your right of withdrawal without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the 10 business days from the date you received the goods.
After filling out the contact form, and specifying the date and products returned, you will be contacted by our administrative office and you can return the goods with a courier of your choice; The shipping costs of the return will be borne by you. You can decide whether to make the goods through our courier, or whether to use your trusted courier by sending the goods to: Scatolificio Venezia srl S.r.l., Via Cacace, 18, Maerne di Martellago (VE), ITALY, Tel. 041.997374. If you use our courier the cost of the return shipment will be deducted by the refunded sum for the returned garments.
Please be informed that the returned won’t be replaced by other products.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will need to return the products purchased on the site shop.scatolificiovenezia.com to the company Scatolificio Venezia srl S.r.l. (from now on called "Scatolificio Venezia srl"), which owns the brands "Scatolificio Venezia srl" and "shop.scatolificiovenezia.com".
Please note that all products sold on shop.scatolificiovenezia.com are equipped with their own seal-fixed identification card and that the card and seal are considered an integral part of the product. Please keep the card and seal intact and do not remove them from the product; Scatolificio Venezia srl will not accept the return of products without the above-mentioned identification elements.
We also recommend you to handle the products carefully with care, not damaging them or altering them in any way, because Scatolificio Venezia srl will not accept the return of products that are not in the same condition as you received them.
1. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – FRESH PRODUCTS
Scatolificio Venezia srl reserves the right to only accept returns that comply with all the following conditions:
a) the return request must be correctly sent via the contact form on the site within 10 working days from the date you received the purchased goods. Alternatively, you can choose to communicate your right of withdrawal, within the same period of 10 days, to an address by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by telegram, telex, fax or e-mail, which must be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
b) The returned goods must be equipped with their original identification tag and seal.
c) The returned goods must not have been worn, washed, ironed, used or damaged in any way.
d) The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
e) Products purchased with a single order must be returned to the Customer in a single shipment. Scatolificio Venezia srl will not be able to accept the return of products of the same order that have been shipped separately.
f) The goods to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 10 working days from the date you received them.
If you have complied with all the above conditions, Scatolificio Venezia srl will reimburse you; the purchase price of the returned products, according to the modalities; and the times indicated in point 3 below.
We remind you that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
If, on the other hand, your return will not be able to be accepted because & eacute; does not comply with all the conditions indicated above, we will notify you and at that point you can choose whether to have the purchased products returned at your expense. If you choose not to make use of this option, the Scatolificio Venezia srl reserves the right to keep such products without refunding the relative price.
2. HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS
You can return one or more purchased products in the same order by following these steps:
a) Use the contacts form and fill it out, as described above.
b) Specify the order for the product (or products) you want to return and wait confirmation that your return request was made correctly within the 10-day deadline of receiving the goods.
c) For each returned item, please indicate, among those listed, why you are not satisfied with the product(s).
d) Indicate the telephone number to be contacted by the courier who will pick-up your return for free and send back to Scatolificio Venezia srl. The telephone number you will provide us will in any case be treated according to our "Privacy Policy"; see the "Privacy Policy" section.
e) The goods to be returned must be in the same condition as you received, equipped with the original tag and seal, and must be shipped in its original packaging.
3. REFUNDS
a) After Scatolificio Venezia srl has received the goods you have returned and verified that they comply with all the conditions stated in step 1, it will send you an email confirming that your return has been accepted and will refund you the amount of the products you have returned, net of shipping costs.
b) The refund depends on the payment you have chosen by placing the order:
I. If you paid for the goods by credit card or prepaid card, we will re-credit the amount on the same card you used to make the purchase.
II. If you paid through PayPal, we will re-credit the amount d to the same Paypal account that you used to make the purchase.
III. If you paid cash on delivery, we will credit the amount to the bank or postal account that you have indicated; in the Return Form you can indicate the bank or postal account where to credit the amount to be refunded.
c) The refund timing depends on correct data provided and bank procedure for the related transaction. Normally, to obtain the re-credit of the amount to be refunded, it takes about 30 days from the date on which Scatolificio Venezia srl received the returned goods and verified that you made the return request in accordance with all the conditions specified in paragraph 2.
